As the Vice President of China GTM for IoT Line of Business at Arm, Chloe is responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy, driving revenue growth, and building strong ecosystem partnerships in one of the most dynamic and competitive markets in the world. With over 25 years of experience in marketing, business development, and engineering, she has a deep technical expertise and a keen business acumen in AI/machine learning, semiconductor technologies, cloud computing, enterprise software, networking, security, and embedded systems. She is fluent in business Mandarin Chinese and English, and has an MBA from Wharton and an MSEE from University of Southern California.
