Fran Baker is Director of Sustainability & Social Impact at Arm. Her work focuses on extending the benefits of technology to people and areas not currently prioritised. Working with impact partners on worldwide programmes, from social entrepreneurs to global organisations, Fran drives an impact strategy designed to deliver inclusive innovation through technology. In 2024, Fran was recognised on the ‘100 Brilliant Women in AI ethics’ list and a finalist in the Everywoman in technology ‘Tech for Good’ Award.
