Graham Budd

An Arm veteran, Graham joined Arm in 1992 as a VLSI design engineer and led development for many of Arm's early SoC (system on chip) designs. Prior to becoming chief operating officer, Graham was EVP and GM of the processor division. He was appointed to the Board in 2017.
