CEO Rene Haas, who has led Arm’s transformation into the world’s most pervasive compute platform, has been named to the TIME100 AI 2025 list, which recognizes the 100 most influential people shaping the future of artificial intelligence.

Under Haas’ leadership, Arm has accelerated AI innovation across the industry by combining performant and power-efficient compute with a platform-first software approach. This strategy has positioned Arm as the only compute platform built to deliver AI across the full spectrum – from milliwatts to megawatts – enabling breakthroughs everywhere from hyperscale data centers to smartphones and IoT devices.

TIME’s listing highlights not only Haas’ leadership but also Arm’s growing role as the foundation of AI innovation, building on the company’s inclusion in this year’s TIME100 Most Influential Companies list for Arm’s impact in AI and technology innovation.

“AI is the most significant technology advancement of our lifetime and I’m honored by TIME’s recognition and to be named alongside leaders shaping its future,” Haas said. “It reflects the incredible work of our employees and the global Arm ecosystem enabling AI everywhere, from the world’s largest data centers to billions of the smallest devices.”

Haas has served as Arm’s CEO since February 2022, following previous leadership roles including president of Arm’s IP Product Groups and chief commercial officer. He also serves on select external boards and is based in Silicon Valley.
